Step 1: Mattress check. We check for any spring damage, mattress cover damage, sprung age, stain types and whether products will harm your mattress. Step 2: Vacuum the Mattress A special vacuum with a UV light attachment, helps with dust mite elimination. Step 3: Pre-treatment Pre-treatment application is the first step of actually breaking down stains and dirt that is stuck to your mattress all whilst removing any unpleasant odours. Step 4: Mattress scrubbing. The mattress is scrubbed in order to activate the pre-treatment, allowing the pre-treatment to really do its job properly. Step 5: Mattress steaming. Steaming the mattress will loosen any stubborn stains, making stain removal much easier, as well as further destroying any bacteria or fungi, which in turn sanitises the mattress. Step 6: Shampoo and Deep clean A hot water extraction machine is used, alongside an eco-friendly, child-pet safe, non toxic shampoo for a further deep clean, leaving a wonderful smell that is not too pungent with minimal residual moisture left behind. Step 7: Protectant spray The clean is finished off with a fire-protectant, non-toxic, odourless spray. we do not guarantee we will remove all stain, however we do guarantee that mattresses will be left fully cleaned, sanitised and deodorised.
